1. સૌ્પ્રથમ તમારે www.parivahan.gov.in વેબસાઈટ પર જાવ 
2.  Licence Related Service માં Drivers/ Learners Licence માં જવાનું રહેશે 
3.  પછી તમારે રાજ્ય Gujarat select કરો. જે રાજ્ય માટે અરજી કરવી છે તે.
4. ત્યારબાદ Apply For Learner Licence પર ક્લિક કરો.
5.  પછી તમને બધા સ્ટેપ જોવા મળશે કે learning licence માટે ના તો તમારે તે વાંચી ને Continue પર ક્લિક કરવું.
6.  હવે તમારે તમારું RTO select કરવું ત્યારબાદ તમારે જે કેમ્પ માં Learning licence માટે ટેસ્ટ આપવી છે તે ITI Select કરવાનું રહેશે.
7.  હવે E-KYC માટે તમારો મોબાઈલ નંબર દાખલ કરવાનો રહેશે અને તેમાં Generate OTP પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે. ત્યાર બાદ, મોબાઇલ માં જે OTP આવે તે ત્યાં દાખલ કરવાનો રહેશે.
8.  OTP દાખલ કર્યા બાદ તમારી સામે Learner Licence માટે નું ફોર્મ આવશે જેમાં તમારે તમારી બધી વિગતો ભરવાની રહેશે.
જેવી કે,
તમારું પૂરું નામ ,સરનામું ,જન્મતારીખ , blood group , મોબાઇલ અને કયા વાહન માટે અરજી કરો છો.
બધી વિગતો ભર્યા બાદ તમારે વાહન નો પ્રકાર select કરવા માટે નીચે મુજબ જોઈ શકો છો.
પહેલા class of Vehicle select કરવાનો રહેશે જે વાહન માટે લાઇસન્સ કરવાનુ હોઈ એ દા.ત.: ગેર વગર નું 2 વ્હીલર (MCWOG) , ગેર વાળું 2 વ્હીલર (MCWG) , ફોર વ્હીલર 
 
(LMV).
આ બધી વિગતો ભર્યા બાદ submit પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
9. Submit પર ક્લિક કર્યાબાદ તમારે નીચે મુજબ સ્ટેપ જોવા મળશે.
અહીં તમારે ઉંમરનો પુરાવો, એડ્રેસ પ્રૂફ, આઇડી પ્રૂફ એટેચ કરવું પડશે. 
ફોટો અને ડિજિટલ સિગ્નેચર કરો અપલોડ
આ પ્રક્રિયા બાદ તમારો ફોટો અને ડિજિટલ સિગ્નેચર અપલોડ કરવી પડશે. પછી ડ્રાઇવિંગ ટેસ્ટ માટે સ્લોટ બુક કરવો પડશે. સ્લોટની પસંદગી કરતી વખતે ફી ભરવી પડે છે. ત્યારબાદ રજિસ્ટર્ડ નંબર પર એક મેસેજ આવશે, જેને સેવ કરવો પડે છે. 
 
ઓનલાઇન થાય છે computer ટેસ્ટ
ફી જમા કરાવ્યા બાદ સ્લોટ મુજબ RTO ઓફિસ જઇને ટેસ્ટ  આપવો પડશે. આ ટેસ્ટ ઓનલાઇન હોય છે અને તેમાં ટ્રાફિકના નિયમો તથા ટ્રાફિક ચિહ્નો વિશે પૂછવામાં આવે છે. એક પ્રશ્નના 4 ઉત્તર હોય છે. યોગ્ય ઉત્તર પર ક્લિક કરતાં બીજો પ્રશ્ન તમારી કોમ્યુટર સ્ક્રીન પર આવે છે. તેમાં સાથે જ એ પણ ખબર પડે છે કે તમારો જવાબ સાચો છે કે ખોટો.

જો તમે computer ની ટેસ્ટ માં પાસ થઈ જાવ તો તમને ત્યારેજ Learning licence આપી દેવામાં આવશે. પણ જો તમે તે ટેસ્ટ માં નાપાસ થાવ તો તમારે બીજી વખત ટેસ્ટ આપવાની રહેશે  બીજા દિવસે તમે ટેસ્ટ આપી શકો છો. બીજી વખત ટેસ્ટ આપવા માટે ની ફી 50 રૂ. છે.

licence આવી જાય પછી શું કરવું?
તમારી પાસે learning licence આવી જાય તેના એક મહિના પછી તમે ડ્રાઈવિંગ ટેસ્ટ આપી શકો છો.
