ચૈત્ર નવરાત્રીનો પવિત્ર તહેવાર ચાલી રહ્યો છે, નવરાત્રીના નવ દિવસ દરમિયાન દેવી દુર્ગાના નવા સ્વરૂપોની પૂજા કરવામાં આવે છે. ભક્તો નવ દિવસ સુધી મા દુર્ગાની પૂજા કરે છે અને આઠમા દિવસે કન્યા પૂજા કરે છે. નવ દિવસ સુધી વ્રત રાખનારાઓ પોતપોતાના ઘરમાં કન્યા પૂજા અવશ્ય કરે છે. એવું માનવામાં આવે છે કે કન્યાની પૂજા કર્યા વિના નવરાત્રિ વ્રત ફળદાયી નથી. આવી સ્થિતિમાં કન્યા પૂજા માટે લોકો ઘરે જ વિવિધ પ્રકારની વાનગીઓ અને મીઠાઈઓ બનાવે છે. કન્યા પૂજાના આ અવસર પર લોકો ઘરે ખીર, પુરી અને ચણા બનાવે છે, છોકરીઓ દરેકના ઘરે ખીર, પુરી અને ચણા ખાવાથી કંટાળી જાય છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં, જો તમે ઇચ્છો છો કે છોકરીઓ કન્યા પૂજાના ભોજનથી કંટાળી ન જાય અને તમારા ઘરનો તમામ ખોરાક ખાય, તો આજે અમે તમને એક ખૂબ જ અનોખી અને સ્વાદિષ્ટ વાનગી વિશે જણાવીશું. આજે અમે તમારી સાથે મેંગો બાસુંદીની રેસિપી શેર કરીશું. બધા બાળકોને આ અનોખી રેસીપી ગમશે અને તે તમારા ઘરે જ ખાવાનું ખાઈ જશે.

સામગ્રી

2-3 પાકી કેરી

1 લીટર ફુલ ક્રીમ દૂધ

એક ચમચી ઘી

1/4 કપ મધ

અડધી ચમચી એલચી પાવડર

1/4 કપ બદામ

1/4 કપ કાજુ

1/4 કપ પિસ્તા

2 ચમચી દૂધ

7-8 કેસરી દોરા

2-3 ચમચી કિસમિસ

મેંગો બાસુંદી બનાવવાની રીત

મેંગો બાસુંદી

કેરીની બાસુંદી બનાવવા માટે કેરીને પાણીમાં પલાળી દો, પછી તેને છોલીને કેરીના પલ્પને અલગ કરો.

કેરીના પલ્પને બ્લેન્ડરમાં બ્લેન્ડ કરો અને સ્મૂધ પ્યુરી બનાવો.

હવે ગેસ પર એક પેન ગરમ કરો, પેનમાં 1-2 ચમચી ઘી નાખો અને ડ્રાય ફ્રૂટ્સ ફ્રાય કરો.

હવે ડ્રાયફ્રૂટ્સ શેક્યા પછી તેને પ્લેટમાં કાઢીને બાજુ પર રાખો.

હવે એ જ પેનમાં કેરીના પલ્પને સારી રીતે પકાવો, જ્યારે પલ્પ સુકાઈ જાય, ત્યારે ફ્લેમ બંધ કરી દો.

હવે કેસરના દોરાને એકથી બે ચમચી દૂધમાં પલાળી દો.

હવે એક કડાઈમાં દૂધ નાખી ગરમ કરો અને ઘટ્ટ થાય ત્યાં સુધી તેને પકાવો.

જ્યારે દૂધ રબડી થઈ જાય, ત્યારે ગેસ બંધ કરી તેને ઠંડુ થવા દો.

હવે કેરીના પલ્પમાં તે દૂધ ઉમેરો અને તેને મિક્સ કરો, તેમાં એલચી પાવડર, કેસરના દોરા અને મધ પણ ઉમેરો અને બધું મિક્સ કરો.

દરેક વસ્તુને મધ્યમ તાપ પર 5-10 મિનિટ સુધી પકાવો અને તે ઠંડુ થાય પછી તેને ફ્રીજમાં સ્ટોર કરો અને સેટ થવા દો.
