ફતેપુરાના બલૈયામાં કોરોના સંક્રમણને નાથવા સ્વેચ્છિક લોકડાઉન લગાવી દેવામાં આવ્યું છે. આજથી 8 એપ્રિલ સુધી ગ્રામ પંચાયત દ્વારા લોકડાઉન લગાવી દેવામાં આવ્યું છે. છ દિવસ માટે સવારના ૭થી ૧૦ વાગ્યા સુધી જ ધંધા-રોજગાર ચાલુ રાખી શકાશે. નિયમનો અનાદર કરનાર વેપારીને ૧૦૦૦ રૂપિયાનો દંડ ફટકારવાનો નિર્ણય લેવાયો છે.  દાહોદ જિલ્લામાં કોરોનાનો કહેર દિવસે દિવસે  વધી રહ્યો છે. શહેર સહીત હવે ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં પણ કોરોનાનો પગ પેસારો જોવાયો જેથી  ફતેપુરા તાલુકામાં દિન-પ્રતિદિન કોરોના સંક્રમણના કેસોમાં વધારો થતા બલૈયા ગ્રામ પંચાયત દ્વારા ગ્રામજનોના સહયોગથી કોરોના સંક્રમણને નાથવા પહેલ કરી સ્વૈચ્છિક લોકડાઉન કરી છ દિવસ માટે સવારના 7 થી 10 વાગ્યા સુધી જ ધંધા રોજગાર ચાલુ રાખવાનો નિર્ણય લીધો હતો. ગ્રામ પંચાયત એક્સનમાં આવી અને બલૈયા ખાતે સરપંચની અધ્યક્ષતામાં ગ્રામજનોની ઉપસ્થિતિમાં એક મિટિંગનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. જેમાં નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવ્યો હતો કે ૩ એપ્રિલથી ૮ એપ્રિલ-૨૦૨૧ સુધી સ્વૈચ્છીક પણે પોતાના ધંધા-રોજગાર સવારના ૭ વાગ્યાથી ૧૦ વાગ્યા સુધી ચાલુ રાખવા ગ્રામ પંચાયત દ્વારા આહવાન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. જેને ગ્રામજનોએ પણ આવકાર આપ્યો હતો. આજ રોજ સવારે 10 વાગે તમામ દુકાન બજારો વેપારીઓએ બંધ રાખ્યા હતા. ગ્રામ પંચાયત દ્વારા ઠરાવવામાં આવેલ નિયમ મુજબ જો કોઈ વેપારી જણાવેલ સમય પછી પોતાનો ધંધો રોજગાર ચાલુ રાખશે તો તેના પાસેથી ૧૦૦૦ રૂપિયા દંડ વસૂલ કરવામાં આવશે.  બલૈયા ગામમાં કેટલાક લોકો કોરોનાગ્રસ્ત હોવાનું જાણવા મળે છે. ત્યારે રોગચાળો વધુ વકરે નહીં તે હેતુથી બલૈયા ગ્રામ પંચાયત દ્વારા ગ્રામજનોના સહયોગથી સ્વેચ્છિક પણે લોકડાઉન જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. જેનું તમામ ગ્રામજનોએ પાલન કરી રોગચાળાને નાથવા સહયોગ આપવા નજરે પડ્યો હતો.
