જોધપુરની એક યુવતીએ ગુજરાતના વડોદરાના રહેવાસી આઈપીએલ ક્રિકેટર શિવાલિક શર્મા પર રેપનો આરોપ લગાવ્યો છે. યુવતીએ આરોપ લગાવ્યો છે કે તેમની સગાઈ પછી, શિવાલિકે તેની સાથે લગ્નના બહાને ઘણી વખત રેપ ગુજાર્યો હતો. જોધપુરના કુડી ભગતસુની પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં કેસ નોંધવામાં આવ્યો છે. યુવતીએ પોલીસને જણાવ્યું કે શિવાલિકે તેને છેતરીને તેના ઘરમાં ઘણી વખત બળાત્કાર ગુજાર્યો હતો.

ગુજરાતના બરોડાના રહેવાસી આઈપીએલ ક્રિકેટ ખેલાડી શિવાલિક શર્મા પર બળાત્કારનો આરોપ લાગ્યો છે. રાજસ્થાનના જોધપુરની એક મહિલાએ તેના પર સગાઈ પછી લગ્નના બહાને અનેક વખત બળાત્કાર કરવાનો આરોપ લગાવ્યો છે. જોધપુરના કુડી ભગતસુની પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં ક્રિકેટર શિવાલિક શર્મા વિરુદ્ધ કેસ નોંધવામાં આવ્યો છે. છોકરીએ પોલીસને પોતાનું દુઃખ જણાવ્યું હતું અને શિવાલિક વિરુદ્ધ ફરિયાદ પત્ર પણ આપ્યો હતો. તેણીએ જણાવ્યું કે શિવાલિકે તેને છેતરીને તેના ઘરમાં ઘણી વખત બળાત્કાર ગુજાર્યો હતો.

પોલીસમાં નોંધાવેલી FIRમાં પીડિતાએ કહ્યું છે કે તે ફેબ્રુઆરી 2023માં શિવાલિકને મળી હતી, જ્યારે તે તેના મિત્રો સાથે બરોડા ગઈ હતી. આ દરમિયાન તે શિવાલિકને મળ્યો. બંને વચ્ચે વાતચીત થઈ અને તેમણે એકબીજાના મોબાઈલ નંબર લીધા. છોકરીએ કહ્યું કે બે દિવસ પછી તે જોધપુર પાછી આવી, આ દરમિયાન તેણી અને શિવાલિકે ફોન પર મેસેજ દ્વારા વાત કરવાનું શરૂ કર્યું અને તેઓ નજીક આવ્યા.

લગ્નના બહાને બળજબરીથી બળાત્કાર

પીડિત યુવતીએ પોલીસને જણાવ્યું કે તેની સગાઈ 28 ઓગસ્ટ 2023 ના રોજ થઈ હતી, જેના માટે શિવાલિક જોધપુર આવ્યો હતો. ત્યાર બાદ તેઓ ફોન પર વાત કરવા લાગ્યા. યુવતીનો આરોપ છે કે 27 મે, 2024 ના રોજ શિવાલિક તેને મળવા માટે જોધપુર સ્થિત તેના ઘરે આવ્યો હતો. ઘરે કોઈ નહોતું, શિવાલિકે તેની સાથે બળજબરીથી સંબંધ બાંધવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો. જ્યારે છોકરીએ ના પાડી ત્યારે શિવાલિકે તેની સાથે લગ્ન કરવાની વાત કરી. એવો આરોપ છે કે શિવાલિકે લગ્નનું વચન આપીને તેણી સાથે ખોટું વર્તન કર્યું.

મહેંદીપુર બાલાજી, જયપુર અને ઉજ્જૈન ફરાવી

યુવતીનો આરોપ છે કે 3 જૂન, 2024 સુધી શિવાલિક તેના ઘરે રહ્યો અને તેની સંમતિ વિના તેની સાથે શારીરિક સંબંધો બનાવતો રહ્યો. દરમિયાન શિવાલિક તેને મહેંદીપુર બાલાજી, જયપુર અને ઉજ્જૈન લઈ ગયો. 7 જૂન, 2024 ના રોજ, તે જોધપુર ઘરે પાછો ફર્યો અને ફરીથી બળજબરી પૂર્વક રિલેશન બનાવ્યા. દરમિયાન, શિવાલિક 14 જૂન સુધી તેના ઘરે રહ્યો અને પછી પાછો ફર્યો. આ પછી શિવાલિક ફરીથી 28 જૂન 2024 ના રોજ જોધપુર આવ્યો અને તેના ઘરે રોકાયો. તેના પર ફરીથી તેની સાથે ખોટું કામ કરવાનો આરોપ છે.

સંબંધ તોડી નાખ્યો, જુઠ્ઠું બોલ્યો

યુવતીએ પોલીસને જણાવ્યું કે શિવાલિકે તેને લગ્નની ચર્ચા કરવા માટે વડોદરા બોલાવી હતી. તે ૧૦ ઓગસ્ટના રોજ બરોડા પહોંચી. આ સમય દરમિયાન, શિવાલિકનું વર્તન બદલાતું લાગ્યું. તેણે તેણીનો પરિચય તેના માતાપિતા સાથે કરાવ્યો. એવો આરોપ છે કે શિવાલિકના માતા-પિતાએ તેને ઠપકો આપ્યો હતો. મેં તેને કહ્યું કે હવે શિવલિક ક્રિકેટર બની ગયો છે અને ઘણી છોકરીઓ તેના માટે પ્રપોઝલ આપી રહી છે. આરોપ છે કે આટલું કહીને તેણે તેની સાથેનો સંબંધ તોડી નાખ્યો અને તેને દૂર ધકેલી દીધી.

શિવાલિક પર ધમકીનો આરોપ

યુવતીએ આરોપ લગાવ્યો છે કે શિવાલિકના પરિવારે તેના માતાપિતાને ફોન પર તેના લગ્ન કરવાનો ઇનકાર કર્યો હતો. તે જોધપુર પાછી આવી અને શિવાલિક સાથે વાત કરી. એવો આરોપ છે કે શિવાલિકે તેને ધમકી આપી હતી. યુવતી કહે છે કે શિવાલિકે કહ્યું હતું કે જો તું આ વિશે કોઈને કહેશે તો હું તને બરબાદ કરીશ. યુવતી કહે છે કે તેની સગાઈમાં 15 થી 20 લાખ રૂપિયાનો ખર્ચ થયો હતો, જેમાંથી 5 લાખ રૂપિયા રોકડા આપવામાં આવ્યા હતા. પોલીસે યુવતીની ફરિયાદના આધારે ગુનો નોંધીને તપાસ શરૂ કરી છે.
