સામગ્રી - 250 ગ્રામ તલ સેકેલા અને અધકચરા વાટેલા, 500 ગ્રામ ખજૂર ધોઈને વાટેલી, 1 કપ મગજતરી, 1 કપ નારિયલ છીણેલુ, 1 ટી સ્પૂન ઈલાયચી પાવડર.
બનાવવાની રીત - ખજૂરના પેસ્ટમા તલ, નારિયળ, ઈલાયચી, મગજતરી આ બધાને સારી રીતે ભેળવી લો. હવે આના નાના-નાના લાડુ વાળી લો. આ લાડુ સ્વાદિષ્ટ, તરત બનનારા અને પૌષ્ટિક છે.
જો સરકર આ દિશામાં આગળ વધે છે તો ટેક્સમાં રાહત આપવાનો નિર્ણય લેતા સરકારે એ પણ ધ્યાન રાખવુ પડશે કે તેનાથી તેના ફ્લૈગશિપ કાર્યક્રમો પર તેની અસર ન પડે. હાલ 2.5  લાખ સુધીની આવક પર કોઈ ટેકસ નથી. તે ઉપરાંત પીપીએફ અને પાંચ વર્ષ સુધી બેંક ખાતામાં 1 .5 લાખના રોકાણ પર ટેકસ છૂટ આપવામાં આવી છે. તો બીજી બાજુ  ઇન્કમ ટેકસ એકટના સેકશન 80C હેઠળ ટેક્સમાં અનેક રાહતો અને છૂટ મળે છે.
